Domino Support Coordination was founded in 2021, after our director wanted to trial support coordination on a smaller scale. We pride ourselves on being a small team that truly takes time to get to know our clients and their goals. Our coordinators work with clients, their support systems and various stakeholders to ensure that all are focused on the client and they are well supported.
