Overview
SLES - School Leaver Employment Supports and our IES - Inclusive Employment Supports
SLES is specifically for clients in their final x2 years of high school and the year following (16-22 years old)
IES is for clients outside of the SLES age bracket (ie. for adults)
Both are our tailored 1:1 services designed to build individualised capacity focused on work preparation and to prepare clients to build confidence via various capacity-building activities to gain supported work experience through social/group activities with the aim of helping provide them the skillsets and relevant tools to prepare for open or supported employment.
Supported Employment (SEM)
We have a number of Supported Employment opportunities across our Brisbane Supply Chains where we have support staff work alongside participants. Our supported employees are given all the guidance, training and on the job support to be a success
Suitable for those who can get to and from the following locations: Acacia Ridge, Sunnybank Hills, Ipswich and Eagle Farm
