Let us introducer ourselves here at KB Community Care. Firstly we are small but mighty, so we will know you as a person not a number, and we have a habit of working hard every day for you to achieve your dreams and goals in life whether it is just a cup of tea or jumping out of a plane.               

Here at KBCC we pride ourselves on giving effective, efficient meaningful support to our Participants in Disability and Mental Health no matter what it takes.                                                         

We offer Supports in the home, Assistance with Daily Living, Personal Care, Accessing the Community to our wonderful HERE WE GO PROGRAM offering excursions, activities and Respite Holidays in small groups or just yourself and your favourite Support Staff, so it is your day your way and it is tailored to your interests and goals. 

We go above and beyond to deliver fun filled, exciting support and you will always know the person delivering those supports or staff answering your phone calls.
