- Speak with the National Disability Insurance Agency about your claims
- Process your invoices
- Offer independent guidance and support

And best of all, we’ll do all of this at no cost to you! Plus, by choosing to have your funding plan managed, you can access a wider range of providers – NDIS-registered and unregistered – and we’ll handle the rest.
Once your chosen providers are locked in, you can sit back, and we’ll take care of your finances and make sure you’re paying exactly what you should be for every support and service you receive.

There’s no doubt about it, the NDIS is a complex beast, and managing your funding (on top of everything else!) can be exhausting. That’s where My Plan Manager comes in.
Established in 2014, we were the first in the market to do what we do – support people with disability to get the most out of their NDIS plans – and today, we’re the largest and most experienced provider in the country.
With a background in special education and disability policy, our founder – Claire Wittwer-Smith – developed the idea for My Plan Manager around her kitchen table, while working at the National Disability Insurance Agency.
Her mission then stands as ours today, to create an inclusive Australia where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our values centre around being kind, genuine, innovative and inclusive, and drive everything we do.
