Description
These residences can accommodate NDIS participants eligible for the following SDA design categories:
– High Physical Support,
– Fully Accessible, and
– Improved Liveability.
These 2-bedroom residences feature accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living areas and reinforced ceilings with provision for hoist installation.
They offer private courtyards, a second bedroom for guests or support workers, and well-equipped kitchen. The residences are equipped with zone-controlled air conditioning and provision for assistive technology to be installed.
A separate house with a bedroom and bathroom is available for an Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) for immediate support access.
