Role and Responsibilities: As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in achieving their personal goals and participating in community activities.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with other support staff and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred (Mental Health Experience - an added advantage).
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Relevant background checks (e.g., Working with Children Check, National Police Check).
Certifications
First Aid and CPR, Working with Children Check or Blue card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Certificate 3 in Disability, Infection Control training, Valid Drivers Licence, Valid Comprehensive Car Insurance.
