Brand and Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the position is for an initial contracted term of six months, with a possibility of extension, commencing in January 2025.
As the Brand and Marketing Coordinator, you will take ownership of executing the marketing strategy, including social media and content for My Solas, to meet defined business objectives.
Working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager, you will create written and visual content for a variety of communications and marketing channels, while supporting leadership, HR and operational teams with marketing requirements.
You will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media content, tailored to target audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, in line with the social media strategy while monitoring content performance to optimise engagement. You will develop regular eDM content to nurture and convert leads, while producing regular updates for our strong customer base to encourage repeat engagement with the My Solas platform.
This position is a hybrid role, based in the Beenleigh office and has some flexibility to work from home, with an estimated commencement date of early to mid-January 2024.
About you
You have tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field and are a junior to mid-level marketing allrounder, with a proactive attitude, who is eager to take the next step in your career.
With your creative eye and use of Canva or other graphic design software, you have created content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, are experienced at producing written content for eDMs and websites and can confidently coordinate brand and marketing activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience with CMS systems including WordPress, CRM and email management software, along with an understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is highly desirable.

Certifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
